Please bring a copy of your insurance card and a drivers licence each visit.
Some patients forget to give their new cards after their insurance plan changes; wrong insurance company gets billed based on the old information. We do not receive the payment from the insurance company. Eventually patients gets frustrated at us. To avoid this scenario, we request the insurance card each visit.
We accept most insurances including medicaid and medicare.
We accept self pay patients.
Within a day or two of your visit, we submit the claim to your insurance company. Most of the time insurance companies pay. Sometimes they drag their feet and may blame us. Let us work together to resolve the issues.
